Took a bit of time out today in Lough Boora to clear my head a little (brain not working properly at the moment!)

The lough had a thin covering of ice broken by a narrow channel of water.  It reminded me a lot of the painting Lake Keitele by Akseli Gallen-Kallela

After picking up the cake for Busy Bees 4th Birthday (four years!!) the sun was shining on the creepy statues on the way into Tullamore so we doubled back and took a couple of photos.

Great time in both churches today.  Mountmellick was about as well attended as I have seen it in a long time and in Tullamore we all played snakes and ladders during the sermon and wrote post-it notes to God (it did have a point!)

Came back late afternoon to find this going on out the front door.  Beautiful!

A warm welcome on a cold, cold night at Tullamore Film Club.  Shame the film was utterly miserable!
